My Recent Goals (And Rewards!)

Lately I realize my Go Wish lists have been growing and growing, while I haven’t set any new goals for myself. As much as I would love to spoil myself and buy myself everything I want, I also want to grow physically and mentally as a person. It’s because of this, that I decided to put together a list of goals for myself, followed by rewards for each goal.

I’ll be buying all of these rewards myself, so I also plan to fit them into my budget accordingly.

For my habit-based goals, I’ll be putting an amount of time on each one. Every 30 days that I engage in one of these habits, I may reward myself.

My Goals:

  • Meditate at least once daily
    • Meditation with light therapy would be ideal!
  • Practice yoga (either in or out of gym) at least 3-4 times a week
    • If this becomes a successful and fulfilling habit, I will buy a gym membership
  • Volunteer at least 5 times
  • Cut back on soda
  • Start practicing and learning how to sew
    • A bit difficult to track, but I will reward myself with a sewing machine once I am able to sew well
  • Read at least 10 pages of any book per day
  • Make at least one blog post per week

My Rewards / My Wish List

  • New decorations for my dorm
  • Pingu Bluetooth speaker
  • Korean skincare bundle
  • Rhode phone case
    • Or other phone case, if I’m not feeling the Rhode one
  • PURPLE TANKINI for summer!!!
  • New clothing hall
    • Ideally under 60 dollars
  • Gel nail polish set (with UV lamp 🌟)
  • Digital camera
  • Castor oil pack with bottle!

I may also come back in and edit this post when I have new goals or rewards, and I will leave updates as I complete a goal and reward myself! I am so excited for this.

Putting things in writing and voice often helps them come to reality.
